MANAGEMENT:

Tom Holmen
Mr Holmen (44) is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Nordisk Energiforvaltning AS. He was formerly Chief Executive Officer of Euro Export Invest AS, Chief Executive Officer of Hysj! Hysj! and Regional Manager for Thorn Nordic. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

Tor Eik Mørk
Mr Mørk is Executive Vice President.  He was formerly the head of Financial Trading and Strategy of E-CO Energy – Norway’s second biggest power producer.  Earlier, he was a COO of Hafslund ASA, - one of the largest Nordic listed energy companies,as well as SeniorTrader and CEO of Oslo Energy.  Mr. Mørk is also a Board Member of The Nordic Association of Electric Traders and Nordisk Energiforvaltning. He has also been engaged as the Investment Director of Nordisk Energiforvaltning during the start up and establishing phase of the company. Mørk graduated from Univ. of Strathclyde, Glasgow with a B. Eng. Hons Elec. and Electronic Engineering.

Alexander Troxler Aarøe

Mr Aaroe is the Investment Director of Nordisk Energiforvaltning AS's Multi-Manager. He was formerly CEO of Hasenbichler Asset management, a hedge fund/managed futures firm based in London, Vienna and Bahamas. Before his career in the alternative investment industry, Alexander worked for Credit Suisse in Gebraltar as a senior Investment Advisor to HNWI's trusts and investment holdning companies from 1999 to 2001. He Began his career in 1996 at Clariden Bank (Now Clariden Leu), a Credit Suisse Group bank specialising in private banking to a select clientele of substantial means. Alexander was educated at the univesity of ST. Gallen in Switzerland where he holds a master degree in business and economics (M.A HSG/LIC.Oec HSG).

Lars H. Eckhardt
Mr Eckhardt (44) is Chief Investment Officer of Interkraft Energy Fund.  He was formerly Chief Investment Officer of Nordisk Energiforvaltning AS's Multi-Manager. He have also been Managing Partner of Interkraft Capital Management, one of the major Nordic Hedge Funds specializing in power trading. Earlier, he was Head of Power Trading in Aust Agder Energi – now part of the Agder Energi Group.  He graduated from Pacific Lutheran University (Tacoma, WA, USA) with both a Bachelor and Master of Business Administration (1986).

BOARD OF DIRECTORS:
Ove Gusvik
Mr Gusevik is Chairman of Nordisk Energiforvaltning AS and a special advisor in First Securities..  He was previously the Managing Director of Alfred Berg Norway and before that a Director in First Securities.

Gunnar Norheim
Mr. Norheim (39) is the founder of Nordisk Energiforvaltning AS and a member of the board of Directors. He holds the position as Chief Executive Officer of NorgesEnergi AS, a power distributor with a significant market share in the Norwegian consumer segment. Norheim founded NorgesEnergi, and has served as marketing director, chairman and most recently CEO at the company. NorgesEnergi AS is engaged in both wholesale power sales and power trading. Norheim headed the trading activities of NorgesEnergi on the Nordic power exchange NordPool in the period 1998-2002. In 2001, NorgesEnergi was acquired by Hafslund ASA, a Norwegian company listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange and one of the largest listed utility companies in the Nordic area.

Erik E. Tønnesen
Mr Tønnesen (46) is a member of the Board of Directors and Managing Partner i Skagerak Venture Capital. He was formerly the head of Gjensidige NOR, branch Southern Norway. Prior to that he was Head of Acta, Kristiansand, and Sparebanken Sør, Kristiansand. He graduated from the Norwegian School of Management (BI), Oslo with a Master of Business Administration degree.

Petter Berge    
Mr Berge (47) is member of the Board of Directors. He operates his own advisory business within the field of asset management, Berge Partners Ltd. Mr. Berge has previously held positions as CEO of private bank SEB Enskilda Banken Norway, head of asset management at DnB, CEO and CIO with DnB Investor, corporate finance director with Banque Paribas and financial analyst in several companies. Berge was formerly president of the Norwegian Mutual Fund Association, non- executive director of the European Fund Managers Association FEFSI, member of the Asset Management and Financial Markets Board of the Norwegian Financial Services Association FNH, member of the Council of the Oslo Stock Exchange. Berge graduated with a B. A. (hons) in Economics from Stirling University in the UK, and holds an MBA from IESE in Barcelona.

Helena Levander
Mrs Levander is a member of the Board of Directors and currently Manging Director and FOunder of  Nordic Investor Services AB.  Mrs. Levander has previously been been CEO of Neonet Securities, CEO of Odin Funds and Fund Manager in Nordea Asset Management.
